The Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort is on Miramar Beach, on the Gulf, one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. Its gated community, with naturally kept grounds, two large swimming pools, hot tubs, landscaped paths, professional tennis courts and the bright white clean sandy beach with colorful umbrellas, provides the best ambience for children and adults. Hidden Dunes consistently ranks among the top 50 tennis resorts in the US. We have outfitted Beach Cottage #235 with modern furniture, stainless steel appliances, hotel-quality linens, new windows, and the entire unit has been painted. Both bedrooms have king beds with high quality mattresses. There is a queen sleeper with an extra plush upgraded mattress in the living room. Cottage outfitted with a new 50-inch smart TV (with ROKU access) and very quiet Bosch washer and dryer. We have installed a personal router with high speed internet for the exclusive use of our guests. The cottage is a second and third floor unit with a spiral staircase to the loft. We professionally wash all linens and blankets between stays and prioritize guests who will take nice care of our property. We take pride in our excellent reviews. This is a private home and personally managed by the owner. The cottage has a master bedroom on the main floor, a loft bedroom, and 2 full baths. It is fully equipped to make your stay like home. This is a pet-free property due to our family having severe allergies. In the evenings, you can enjoy the screened patio with the pleasant Destin breeze and the sound of the waterfall below. New patio furniture was added. The large pool and a hot tub are located steps from the cottage. Super convenient! The rental includes a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs set up and reserved at the beach (Mar-Nov 2021 only). The beach is a short (5-7 min) walk or 1 minute drive. There are parking spots near the beach. During the summer, Hidden Dunes offers a free tram service to bring items to the beach. Since most Hidden Dunes rentals are Saturday to Saturday, the tram service is not available on Saturdays. We offer flexible booking dates for our property. The cottage is located within a 5 minute drive from several clusters of entertainment and shopping, and many great restaurants. These include Sandestin, Bay Warf, the Commons Mall, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard and the Scenic Gulf Drive boardwalks. It is a twenty minute drive to the Port of Destin, a pretty fishing village with exciting night life. Additional points of interest in the area include Santa Rosa Beach, Seaside, and several state parks. Note: The owner can receive multiple inquiries for the same calendar dates. As such, an inquiry for the property does not result in a reservation (or a temporary hold). A reservation is contingent on booking the property.
